O'Connell's a Demagogue

The author travels to Ireland during the famine and writes a pan letter about it. He concludes that, am, we shouldn't do anything right; this is all irish people's fault. The writer also criticizes O'connell for trying to stir up trouble with his anti-famine proposals.
