Is There a Need for a Nonprofit Mechanism?
Naim: It is hard for me to fully wrap my mind around the tax advantage status of buying from a corporate. Susan: Do you feel like with all the public and private money that we're hearing announced that we also need a nonprofit mechanism? Naim: We probably have an over overabundance of demand at this point and a dearth of really high quality supply. And so I think Tara set by making it possible to just sort of, you know, bypass a little bit of that admin around trying to get onto the 501C3 nature, may be quite clever if I may say so myself.
