How I Learned to Focus on My Subjective Experience and Psychology

I want to ask as well about one of our shared interests is in these different like techniques or what you might call psycho technologies. Can you just give me an overview of what methods you've tried and maybe how you got interested in that in the first place? Yeah, we might have to do a whole thing on this. I don't know probably a lot more like I have a list of them somewhere.
