The Challenges to Democracy in the United States
The good news is it's not happening in the g seven as a whole. It's only the united states that can't have national elections theyre free and fair and legitimate, that the losers actually recognize as being legitimate. The reality is that life is too comfortable. Institutions are too resilient and too stable. We're on the verge of a constitutional crisis. That's what depresses me. And i want to run a theory of my own by you. But first, just generally, give meyo your over view about the challenges to democracy and what the implications for the world are of what's going on in us.
