We are definitely in an historically high interest rate environment with inflation. People get excited, oh, man, look, cash is paying this rates are rising. But when you actually look at the other things going on out there, namely what you just said, maybe it's not quite as attractive. We're in a period where your savings account probably pays you absolutely nothing in the past 10 years.
