i didn't go to school for like, i'm self taught. And this is the gift that you have given me as that you are allowing me to really look at this business as a business. I've always looked at it as a almest, like a job and a, we are providing a service with our job,. But we can still do that, but we also need to run a really good business. It's interesting how, even though your heart wants to serve everybody, you're also running a business so you have to be business minded.
