The Elon Musk Twitter Acquisition Drama

Elon Musk tried to buy Twitter. Now he's trying to back out of it and coming up with random reasons like, Oh, there's too many bots. And so now they're duking it out in a Delaware court which the Delaware is where all the corporate law goes down. Why Delaware? Because you don't have to pay a business fee to be there.
