The Soxes and Nures: A Climate Science Debate
Sulfur oxides and nitrogen oxides known as soxes and noxes that reflect sunlight. Some suspect those gases were actually shielding the ocean from global warming to a pretty significant extent. So by cleaning the fuels we may have accidentally taken down the massive chemical parasol that we had put over the ocean for decades? Well scientists are still trying to work it out but it is a bit unexpected.
