The Inquest Into the Death of Kelly Sutton
Kelly Sutton was 30 when she took her own life in 2017. For nearly six years, Kelly's family has been fighting for her death to be ruled as something other than a suicide. Research shows that domestic abuse could be a bigger killer of women than murder or manslaughter by a partner or an ex. It's vanishingly rare for abusers to be held criminally responsible when someone has taken their own life.
