Even though these dragons are around, and even though the tarbarians are in power, there is a degree of hearsay about ther like, where's the big one that's absolutely roaming? And i think that's also something that shows thatthat speaks of something the show is doing very well in terms of world building. The fact that the fate of this world could hinge on a sad king deciding to marry his 12 year old cousin does add to it.
