Work From Home

i'm curious if you did any research on flexible work arrangements and the idea of companies allowing their employees to work from home as needed. There's such a big debate over whether employees feel better about being able to do that, or whether or not they enjoy the comradery of an office environment. I think some flexibility is good, but people should go back to the office. And i'll say one last thing. People are going to be concerned when they first come back. So i have a research lub here at duke wore, about 50 people. I'm waiting for duke to allow us in. I i'm in the office right now, but i'm the only one
