Space policy in washington is completely stalled out. I don't remember the i s s program being used in a way that was seen by everybody as pressure on russia to go out there and say they're in it to win it like that. The structural issues, the holes, the leaks, all of that can be addressed. From a diplomatic standpoint, if ship really goes down and russia invades the ukraine and we get involvedd maybe that has some effect.
