How to Write a Book When You Have a Difficult Job

Moose Cole: It took 16 years to live this story and four years to write it so it was not a quick book to write. The book is based on an enormous number of interviews, the kinds of details, rich details that the men, their families and even my adversaries shared with me. I just always thought if I could get others to know these men the way I know them, people would be enriched.
