How to Make Your Customer Happy

The real customer for external facing products is the people paying you to do something to the power right. And so the only way that we can know if they're happy is by if they're willing to pay for something and keep paying for it right. So basically this all comes down to focus on placing a small bets as possible all the time. That's just the gist that's a long way of saying we have a very long way of getting to that point but I wanted to show some pictures some charts and hopefully if you're going to keep following along with me, these will be useful in your own work too.
