The End of Science
John Horgen is a science journalist and director of the Center for Science Writings at the Stevens Institute of Technology in New Jersey. John was senior writer at Scientific American from 1986 to 1997, and he's written for The New York Times, National Geographic, Time, Newsweek, The Washington Post and Slate. He is best known for his 1996 book, The End of Science, which became a bestseller and was republished in 2015. I think John's thesis is probably wrong, but it is thought provoking," says Jolly Swagman.
