The Importance of Distance From Training

I think we definitely have things to learn from people that are junior to us and the, you know, traditional way of thinking about that. It's just a matter of can we, can our environments that we work in make that conducive or not? I don't really want to hear about the truth from someone who clearly is senior or smarter than me. But but that's again true at every level. There's very little that's the truth and critical care particularly.
