I think of really uncovering the root of why they have reached out to you in the first place is the most important part of the sae call. And especially, i always use the word partner too when i have calls. I want to be partners with you your business, and i want sa design to work really well alongside you. But it's not like just a client designer relationship necessarily, even though that is technically what we are. It's a collaboration. If they do work with me, it's not that they hand everything off to me and i complete it. We are going back and forth to really insure that you're getting something that's going to work well on both ends
