There's a whole thing on motivation in the book. Did you have to fight to get that in there? Cause i know sometimes when i've read books, like the book and then the work book, kind of element to it. I wast always something that was like, hay, this was going to be part of the landscape of the book no matter what. It was very much of, if you want to get unstuck, here's just enough theory so you know that this is a thing. And hereis some very quick tools that you can use.
