The Demand for Fixing Flippers Is Down
The demand has gone down for some fixing flippers. I think it more or less it's just been taking a breath and saying what's next regrouping. Some of the fixing flippers got caught with some properties they're trying to get rid of right now. So that's kind of what we've been seeing is just a little more hesitation. We really do deals that most other lenders may turn their nose up to.
