In high schol i first started reading about them for some a science fair project type stuff and some hobby projects. And, but it was only in inder date that i joined a lad that was doing spiking neural networks research to understand hippocamp function. I thing that was a big part of my graduate school experience. For example, i had not been exposed to reinforcement learning until graduate school. A, that was cool.
