How to Read Genesis for the First Time

Don't start with some really, even though it's like the beginning, because it was worse more specifically because it has no frame. And that's what's interesting about Tolkien. His descriptive language is in fact quite plain. But you're so good at sort of singing to you, like Tom Bombetal, that you feel like he's saying more than he actually is. So if you start with the Hobbit and then read the Lord of the Rings, then the delight that people take in all the details will be there.
