RJ: When we push ourselves past our perceived boundaries, then we can become stronger mentally and emotionally and spiritually so that we are better humans. But I think at the same time as working hard and pushing yourself past your perceived limits, you have to also be aware of your humanity. And know that resting at sometimes is going to be good for you. Otherwise, you're going to reach that point of diminishing returns.
