What Is Good Leadership?
i remember being interviewed by john humphreys on the leadership of the archbishop of canterbury. He started to answer my question, and i interrupted him in the end. I said if you think good leadership is about speaking every time someone sticks a microphone in front of your mouth then he's clearly not a good leader. It might not be popular for the media, but our job isn't to feed the media monster. You don't have to agree with them, but at the heart of that has to be worshipped a worship of the one god - jesus christ.
