Who's Responsible for a Scientific Paper?
Whistle blower says he found evidence of possible doctoring in a scientific paper. The scientist involved, Karen ashe, may not have known anything about the image changes at the time they occurred, if indeed they were inappropriately done. Some experts say that she certainly has some response ability for not correctly certifying this information is correct. And i think it's clear from the experts with whom i have spoken, is that she certainly had someresponse ability for not putting her expert eye carefully enough on information that she certified as true and correct.
