The Importance of Being Aware of the Shadows of Social Media

I think it's kind of an awareness that like they're paying attention and like gobbling up everything, right? Yeah. That's why like, I mean, we talk about these, all of these generations having shadows. It's just integrating and being able to be aware of it so that if you see your kids exhibiting that, you can talk to them about the downsides of it or not expose them to things that are too dizzy for a young brain.
