The Lean Team Structure at BCG
A module is a self-contained project that I guess for from the BCG, I'm a resource at BCG. We think of it as like a single evaluatable performance project. So I would be responsible for deploying a system into production and supporting a pilot process. And those would be my main two goals of my module. It's kind of like Uber for internal processes in the consulting firm.
