The Challenges of Extroverts

An extrovert is the kind of person who, in order to reach a solution, they really process out loud and through the interaction with other people. Another challenge for extroverts is they can tend to over-commit. So working through challenging situations requires a support network of people willing and able to be both mentally and physically present - that's not always easy to find.
