There are so many methodologies already exist like agile, CI, CD, maybe lead methodology as well that tries to optimize this feedback loop. So I guess my question will be even though those methodology has been around for years, people are still struggling about feedback loops. One particular thing is like how can an organization identify these kind of warning signals that actually their feedback loop is not that optimized? And it also isn't just about speed. Always going faster isn't always necessarily better.
