i can't really see the his being an assassination attempt on the polish president, just because so much of the blame is on the polish air force. The russian controller obviously messed up big time. But if you were going to try to assassinate someone like relying on that one deed, messing up ouldn't have been enough. There's recommendations as a result of this incident.
