Are We All Flying by Where Our Priorities Are?

In just one day, we now anticipate an over supply of masks and an under supply of ellipstic i don't know about you guys, but that's what i thought of this morning. Semi conductors, for instance, around 80 % of which are made in asia. The senate just passed a bill that would set aside 52 billion dollars to fund us production of semi conductors. But even if that comes through, manufacturing capacity doesn't appear overnight. Meanwhile, the economy is glutted with face masks and toilet paper. Such is the nature of a crisis like this. You put out one fire, another starts up.
