Collaborative Companies Are Not Separated

We are collaborative. It's in our DNA. We've got to get better at collaborating, we've got to grow up. Humanity's not great at relationship. Not least because my development is dependent on those around me and my relationship with them. If we change the narrative from a growth at all costs and grow, grow, grow then we have a chance of growing as human beings. Also, we'll all get more from our lives than if we continue on this zero-sum game.
