How to Get to Eight Seconds in and Eight Second Out

Many of us want to force that breath out on the exhale. You let it out like somebody just cracked the window and there's just the wheels. Inhale, fill your hands. On this exhale, make the waist as small as you can, but try to relax your face. Relax your shoulders. Relax the jaw. And again, push doesn't mean hard. Push means like trying to allow yourself to relax enough to allow it to expand in one way or another.
