I've Got an After Party With Shell

We're going to start getting some abuse for having too many banters. No one's got a right answer, but we've all got an opinion. John has gone, but i just wanted to answer this. I was scrolling through tecktock, and came across a video of guy who was looking for a rental and decided to ask for a reference from previous tenants about the landlord. His argument was that to get a rental, you have to provide references to say that you're a good tenant. So why not get a reference from the landlord? But it's like getting a reference about your boss. Don't you think you should be able to get a reference before you work there
