i immediately thought, there is a white person involved with this. It was the same feeling that i had when i initially heard the charleston shooting. People are disturbed because there's a way in which buffalo is not a united city. Buffalo is one of the most regated cities in the united states. The fact that he wanted to find the greatest concentration of black people that were nearest to him tells you a lot about the conditions in the city.
