How to Get Bigger Calves

"My calves when I started my little calf blitz were probably 14 and a half to 15 inchesprobably no bigger than that," says Mike. "Now they are probably 15 and ahalf to 16 inches so we'll see maybe I can gain another inch and a half of my calves" He also shares his advice for anybody who wants bigger calves but has never went up to 15 to 20 hard sets per week on them.
