Is the Housing Market the Worst Thing in the World?
The housing market looks strong. To me, I think that the housing market will have modest gains over the next year. Everybody's seeing a slowdown that they're feeling. It is not gain momentum and recessions tend to mirror their expansions. The expansion was relatively mild. So the recession should be relatively mild and recessions probably aren't going to be forever.
