When self sabotage is present, and you think i'm pretty im self sabotising, you can look at when, where and how you're doing it. You might say the you know, i don't want a suce broad. I don't want to succeed. Why i don't feel like i should fly too high. And your initial response would be, well, it's a negative belief. It doesn't gain me anything. Look again, be philosophical.
