In a work place, you get into a meeting and you're debating a marketing strategy. And if i have a view that we should do the opposite of what somebody else says, I'm going to go against my gut feeling. In lego's museum there are 11 paradoxes hanging on their walls - they've been there for ages. They'd never thought of paradox as a tool to help them work through these challenges. It actually took almost hitting that blockage to say, let's step back, let's think about the yenyang. How do these flow into each other, and how might we approach the process differently?
