The Right to Be Forgotten

Two people in the uk are trying to force scogle to remove links that lead to episodes of their life that they're not proud of. Privacy is all about non public information, and we want to do everything not to let that information be public. The right to be forgotten is in the other direction. There is public information, but there's reason to think or believe that we want to remove it from the public sphere. And so reading this story, d oh my god, if i was the judge, and i know nothing about british law, i would think like, what would i decide? How would i begin to think about these issues?
