Dr. Paul H. Smith is a retired U.S. Army intelligence officer, philosopher of consciousness, and one of the military’s original remote viewers trained under the classified Stargate Program. Paul holds a Ph.D. in philosophy from the UT Austin, where his research focused on the nature of consciousness and the implications of psi phenomena.
