The third practice I talked about was the practice of celebrating, celebrating energy, celebrating for good. So it's like kind of recognizing and celebrating the good qualities in yourself and in others. There's a whole talk which I'm not going to give here, about working with envy and jealousy and conceit and resentment. Such an incredibly worthwhile area to explore.
