The Shooting Spree
Each victim was shot only a single time. Out of 10 shots, only one missed. This level of accuracy suggested the sniper had good firearms training. Investigators began to believe that the sniper was shooting from a vehicle. It's not common to have two people working as a team of shooting in shooting sprees.
