Health Care and the Criminal Justice System

Giving people health care, even if they're receiving it in prison, can change the course of their lives. But we shouldn't rely on health care alone to prevent or fix these problems. We should be giving people more and better medical care because it's the right thing to do. And if it keeps them out of prison as a result, we'll take that too.
