Longevity and Emtor - Is There a Difference?

We actually need double the amount of protein to stimulate emtor to help maintain healthy skeletal muscle. The minimum amount of dietary protein required to stimulate mechanistic target based on lucine, on high quality protein, is two and a half grams per kilogram.
