The Good News, You Have to Have the Bad News
Will power is fantastic, but it will never be enough to live the way of jesus. Small changes in our transformation are duable just on will power alone. But once you bump up against deeply ingrained patterns that often go back to your family of origin or into your personality, they don't stand a chance. I'm all for self help, but like a book from powells or a podcast from like m p r, it will not get you there.
