The postulate of the sameness of all physical laws in every reference is based upon the assumption that absolute space does not exist. Soly that's why i said the theory doesn't really disprove absolute space and time. It actually presupposes itand those twin postulates, a, you cannot be established empirically. And thereis no explanation for this at all.
