Airlines and other companies have made big purchases in recent weeks. CNN's John Sutter asks Jim Bianco if this is actually a bull of sign for the economy. Bianco: "I think we have to get through the lagged effects of Fed tightening" He says layoffs are spread throughout the economy, including JetBlue which said it was seeing disappointing bookings.
