The Importance of External Missions
I was going to jump in earlier, but it's relevant now as well. I do think there is a necessity for that first mountain to be external from a pragmatic perspective. Most people just get stuck in phase one. And so I agree that level one still needs to be achieved, but I think it can be done in the way of level two. That will maybe even outlast the external goal.
