The Importance of Empathy in User Groups

I think because of my experience with user groups, as you mentioned, I ran the Dallas State Spadon that user group for many years, 15 years. And my mission was always to be able to help developers at every level. So we would have people coming in who weren't proficient in ASP.NET but also someone whose day job had been their day job for five years or 10 years. It'll be 10 years this August at your 10-year extravaganza when you were running that long. Gosh, it's been, you know, it's actually been 10 years.
