Are Antidepressants Really Effective in Treating Depression?

Do SSRIs really work for our patients or do you are you getting push back like I imagine you? There's so much money behind SSRIs and there's somuch money being made from these things even though they have merit. People that tend to go through the weeds first get scraped sometimes and I'm okay with that but the reality is it's not an either or thing.
